If you think you are eligible for a letter jacket through Clear Springs FFA, you must meet the following requirements: 

• Applying for your next FFA degree
• Earned 15 points as listed in the document below
• A member must be an FFA member in good standing.
  • Dues paying member
  • If student commits serious offense as defined by CCISD Student code of conduct may not receive letter jacket and may forfeit letter Jacket.

When you believe you have 15 points and have met the requirements above, please fill out the letter jacket application (below) to be reviewed by one of the FFA Advisors.  Once approved, your name will be submitted to the school for your letter jacket. It is the student/parent responsibility to pay for the jacket and patches.
