Clear Lake FFA offers many opportunities for students to raise and show livestock. Currently we enter students in the CCISD, Galveston County, Pasadena Livestock Show and Rodeo and Houston Livestock Shows. If students wish to show at other shows they may request that through the ag teacher in charge of that species.

Currently our species are broken down as follows:

Barn Hours: Wednesdays 6-7pm (Cattle), Tuesdays 6-7pm (Pigs)

Barn Hours: Mondays 4:30-5:30pm

Before bringing any animal into the barn, you must:

- Fill out an intention plan and wait for approval

- Have approval from your respective teacher

- Receive a pen assignment from your teacher

- Pay the pen rent for the feeding period

State Fair of Texas: End of September to Beginning of October

CCISD Livestock Show: Mid January

San Angelo Livestock Show & Rodeo: Early to Late February

San Antonio Livestock Show & Rodeo: Mid to Late February

Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo: Early to Late March

Rodeo Austin: Mid to Late March

Galveston County Fair: Mid to Late April
